🧭 CHOOSING YOUR SIZE AND BASE

Two choices to make before you add to cart.

Base. The Rubber Base has a non-slip backing and is the one to pick for hallways, kitchens, and rooms with children or pets. The Cotton Base is the standard backing without that grip layer, so choose it when the rug will sit under a table or a sofa, or on top of a rug pad you already own. No rug is completely slip-proof, and on very smooth floors an underlay is always worth it.

Size. Measure the floor, not the furniture, and tape the outline out before you decide. Each rug is printed and cut for a single order, so the size cannot be changed once production starts. If the size you need isn't on the list, message us before ordering and we will print it for you.

🪡 WHAT THIS RUG IS — AND WHAT IT ISN'T

This is a thin, digitally printed rug with a flat, low-pile surface. It is not a thick, woven, tufted, or plush pile rug. The whole rug measures roughly 3-5 mm, about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch, which is why it lies flat against the floor and goes into a washing machine.

We mention this up front because it is what buyers ask us about most, and because the people who love this rug wanted exactly this: crisp artwork, a flat profile that slides under a door, and a floor piece that goes straight into the washing machine when life happens. If you are picturing deep, sink-in pile, that is a different kind of rug, and we would rather say so now than let it arrive as a surprise. A light curl from the packaging relaxes within a few days.

📦 AFTER YOU ORDER

Your rug is printed for you and sent with a tracked courier. Processing and delivery estimates for your address are shown in the shipping section of this listing.

Please give a complete street address. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Box or mailbox-only addresses.

Gift wrapping costs nothing extra. Choose the gift option at checkout and leave your message in the order notes.

For buyers in the United States, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Buyers outside the United States may be charged local duties or taxes by their own customs office.

🧺 KEEPING IT LOOKING NEW

Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle, on its own. Do not wring it, do not bleach it, and keep it out of the tumble dryer. Lay it flat or hang it to dry, then let it settle back onto the floor.

When you vacuum, use a low suction setting with the rotating brush turned off, the same care any flat, low-pile rug needs. Lift the rug to sweep underneath rather than dragging it across the floor.

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 3 hours of purchase, before printing begins.

After that, because every rug is printed for one person, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size that turned out wrong once it was on the floor. Please measure twice.

If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, message us with a photo and we will remake it and send it again.
