Can I write something other than a name on my banner?

Yes! I can accommodate lots of different characters: - Capital letters: (each letter counts as 1 flag each) - Numbers: 1- 9 = 1 flag, 10 – 99 = 2 flags - Ages: 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc (all count as 1 flag each) - Ages: 18th, 21st, 30th etc (all count as 2 flags each) - Symbols: !?#- (all count as 1 flag) - Blank flags as spacers (count each one as 1 flag) - Basic shapes e.g. ★ (count as 1 flag each) - Please note commas (‘) don’t need their own flag Also I can put the word “is” in lower case on a single flag if required to make banners like FINNis4. See the pirate banner in my shop for how this will look.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

An estimated delivery date is shown against each individual listing. This estimated delivery date is made up of 2 elements: - The time it takes for me to hand-make your order - The time it takes for the postal company to deliver this order to you Please make sure you check this estimated delivery date works for your event date. PLEASE NOTE that while in most instances delivery estimates are met, they are estimates and are not guaranteed. While rare, some orders may take longer to arrive for reasons beyond my control such as postal service delays (especially during busy holiday periods) or customs delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

UK orders - no tracking will be available unless an upgrade to Tracked 24 is selected at checkout. International orders - no tracking number is provided with standard shipping. If you require a tracking number please select tracked shipping at checkout.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My shop My Party Pixie is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1901851008163. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.

USA customers - will I have to pay for any customs / tariff duties on delivery?

No. All prices in my shop are inclusive of any US customs duties / tariffs. There will be no additional charges in addition to the price paid at checkout. Any duties / tariffs are paid for at the point your order is posted meaning that no further amount is payable at the point of delivery. This pastel birthday banner works so well with pastel rainbow party décor or pastel party decorations. You can choose from hearts or stars as your theme. Or if you have a custom theme please message me! It will come pre-strung on 2 separate ribbons (see photos).

You can also personalise your banner by adding a 3rd ribbon with a name of your choice. Just select the correct number of letters for the name you require. The 2 hearts come as standard so you only need to count the number of letters that you require. For example for the name LUNA select 4 letters.
