Kristen was absolutely amazing I literally am overjoyed with what she created! She's done my entire branding for my business and now I plan to work with her on my marketing! Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

How we Work
At Fossdesign we pride ourselves on our design diversity, creativity and strive to operate a happy and friendly business. We want you to have a truly enjoyable design experience, and stress we never, ever, put anything other than 100% into each and every project we undertake!

Refund Policy & Cancellations.
Cancellations are only considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing your order. If you happen to change your mind, please not to worry, but be sure to notify us as quickly as possible.

Refunds or cancellations after 12 hours of placing an order are not possible due to the fast paced nature of the services I provide. If for any reason I am unable to complete the design (due to an emergency situation) rest assured your payment will be refunded in full.

If during the project we don't hear from you for 30 days, we will treat your commission as completed. We will always try to contact you via easy convo / e-mail at least 3 times in this timeframe. Should you require to postpone your project, please contact us and we can advise on schedulling.

All proofs and mock-ups are delivered according to our current timescales ( please see our shop announcements, below our shop banner )

All digital artwork files will be sent via e-mail, (to your ETSY registered email address). If artwork exceeds a regular inbox capacity, we will send files using a free online file upload service such as wetransfer.com

HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROOF?
For timescales we kindly ask you to take note of our shop announcement before ordering ( this can be found under our shop banner). This gives an indication of our current turnaround times. All artwork, both custom and pre-made will be scheduled into our studio workload, and always endeavour to meet your deadlines.


HOW DO WE SCHEDULE IN ARTWORK?
All artwork is scheduled into our studio based on our current workload. Subsequent artwork revisions are then scheduled in and again clearly communicated throughout the design process.
We do our utmost to meet all our project deadlines but please note we cannot be held responsibility for a change a project's complexity, the re-scheduling of deadlines, software / computer downtime due to malfunction, or illness.


WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Step One:
We will contact you to discuss your project. A simple briefing questionnaire (designed to help us create artwork) will be sent to you via ETSY convo / e-mail. This helps us gain a better understanding of your design requirements

Step Two:
Once the completed, we will then begin working on design within the timescales previously communicated.

Step Three:
You receive their design concepts via email/ETSY convo

Step Four:
You provide feedback on your design and have the chance to revise / amend accordingly.
Please note: All revision(s) time is clearly communicated within our ETSY listings.

Step Five:
Artwork is re-proofed / amended accordingly until the design is approved. At this stage we will send you your 'master artwork files'.


NON CUSTOM DESIGNS:
For those purchasing non custom items such as Pre-made Small Budget Logos, simply let us know your 1 x colour choice and Business wording in the form of an ETSY convo or 'note to seller.


WHAT IS THE ARTWORK REVISION PROCESS?
Each of our listings clearly states the maximum number of revisions included in its list price. These clearly state the maximum time allocated to them as a whole. ( e.g. 2 sets of revisions or up to 30 minutes of extra design time if required).


WHAT CONSTITUTES A REVISION?
A revision is an amendment or change to a custom design in terms of its colour, font, wording, tagline information, general layout or size. This gives you the opportunity to refine your design until you are happy. A revision is an amendment(s) to the one preferred design concept only in the case of there being multiple designs proofed.


WHAT IS 'FAIR' TO EXPECT IN DESIGN REVISIONS?
Given the wholly subjective nature of our business, we have to use our discretion in terms of time spent on amendments for any design we produce. If we deem your revisions, request us to revise a design so that is to be 'so far removed' from what you originally briefed (and as such we moved forward and designed as a concept for you) it will incur an extra charge. The amount of extra revision design time per project is maximum time spent.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE MY REVISIONS BUT STILL WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ADDTIONAL CHANGES?
