More than twenty years ago, my decorative switch plate business was born out of both necessity and love.
As a young mother, I wanted to be present for my son in the way only a parent can be—to walk him to school, to be there when he was sick, to build a life that allowed me to raise him with intention. Traditional work didn’t offer that flexibility, so I created something of my own.
What began as a small creative venture quickly became something more. I discovered that the most overlooked details in a home—the humble switch plate—could be transformed into something beautiful. Something meaningful. Something that made a space feel finished, curated, and loved.
Over the years, homes across the country welcomed our switch plates as subtle finishing touches—quiet statements of elegance and personality.
As the business grew, so did my son.
He watched the company take shape from the sidelines—learning not just how it ran, but why it existed. Today, he’s all grown up and proudly working alongside me, bringing fresh ideas, new energy, and the same heart that built the business in the first place.
