How can I get my digital download?

When you purchase a card that has a Digital or Mailed option, if you choose Digital, the card will be sent to you through Etsy within 24 hours (usually within an hour though). Some phone apps won't allow you to see the .pdf properly, if you can't download the card, please send me your email address and I'll send it directly to you. PLEASE IGNORE THE ESTIMATED DATE ETSY PROVIDES IF YOU CHOOSE THE DIGITAL OPTION!

I am being charged for shipping on a digital download

You will be charged for shipping BUT, don't worry, your money will be refunded when your files are emailed to you. It's a weird quirk but it's how the listing needs to be set up to offer you a choice of physical or digital.

Great question. Truth is, once it leaves my hands, I have no idea. My free shipping or shipping costs don't include tracking. Canada's shipping is slow and expensive, so to keep my costs down, I don't track your packages. I wish I could offer that, but it's just not cost effective for you, or for me. When Etsy gives you an estimated delivery date - that is not an actual guaranteed delivery date. PLEASE ignore those. You will be disappointed. Please allow LOTS of time to receive your order. If you are anywhere outside Canada, it will take at least a few weeks. Sometimes the planets align and it gets delivered faster, but more often than not, it's a long haul. Longer for outside the CONTINENTAL US (I'm talking to you Hawaii) & international.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I wish I could tell you. Sometimes, the postal gods smile upon us and sometimes they don't. In Canada, I say no less than 10 days. Everywhere else, at least 4 weeks. That sucks, I know. I'm not organized enough in my personal life to buy things 4-6 weeks in advance, but I will send your orders out as quickly as possible and cross my fingers they make it to you as fast as they can. Please be realistic and patient.

Are your stickers waterproof?

If the title of the listing, it will say 'WATER RESISTANT' or 'WATER PROOF'. Water resistant means they're made by me with my printer and my Cricut. They're great for journals, laptops, and water bottles (BUT DO NOT PUT THEM THROUGH THE DISHWASHER OR TO SOAK IN A SINK! HAND WASH ONLY). Water proof stickers are outsourced and can go inside & outside. They're water and UV proof.

Do you design all of these yourself?

I design them, and have the stickers and cards outsourced. I don't draw often or well, so if there is an image, it's most likely a purchased licensed file.
