All sales are final with no refunds/returns. This includes items handmade by me such as bookends and lamps which are all made to order as well as vintage items. Please keep in mind vintage items will sometimes have flaws or wear, this is often part of their charm. Of course if there is damage, such as chips or cracks, this will be noted.

Refunds can not be made beyond 30 days of purchase or if item shipped to an address provided by buyer is undeliverable causing order to be shipped back to me. Also buyer is responsible for all import duties and understanding of buyers own countries Customs delays and procedures. Sometimes an order can be held by Customs for days or weeks. I cannot affect this, once the order is shipped it is out of my hands. Packages that are refused, undeliverable or not claimed and returned will not be refunded.

Sales of my lamps and photographic art prints are non-refundable. If the print arrives damaged then you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item and I can send you another item of the same.

Please note: Photo prints from old vintage photographs will not be like a modern photograph; there will sometimes be fuzziness, scratches, spots, pixellation, out-of-focus areas. These will generally be noted and/or visible in the listing. If you have a special concern about this then please ask me for details before placing your order!

Of course if there is an unusual problem I'm always willing to work toward a happy solution!
