Conditions for Approval of Dollhouse Kit Returns

We accept returns of dollhouse kits within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any dollhouse kit returned must be new, unopened and returned in the original packaging. If the factory seal on the box is broken, the item cannot be returned. You MUST receive authorization from us before returning any dollhouse kit and the kit must be returned to the return address provided with the RMA#. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, or if the item is returned to the wrong address, any refund due may be delayed and will be reduced by the cost of redirecting the package to the proper address. Please contact us via Etsy convo, or email us at info@endeavourtoys.com to receive an RMA# and complete return instructions.

Dollhouse Kits and Other Products - Missing or Damaged Parts

Missing or damaged pieces do not constitute an acceptable reason for a return / "not as described" return. If your order arrives with pieces missing or damaged, please contact us with a description of the damaged / missing pieces and we will be happy to replace them at no cost to you. There is no need to return the product. Please take a complete inventory of all parts prior to requesting replacements. Replacement parts will be provided free of charge only once, otherwise there will be a service charge to handle any future adjustments of missing/damaged parts, and the customer will pay for shipping thereof.

Restocking fees apply to most items returned and range from 0 - 20% depending on the item returned.

Custom and personalized orders

Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized orders.

Shipments to Alaska / Hawaii

Many of the products we sell can be shipped to Alaska and/or Hawaii. All sales shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require a shipping quote. Please request a shipping quote prior to placing an order.

UPS, FedEx and most other private carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. USPS is the only carrier that can deliver to PO boxes. In addition, there are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered to a PO box even when shipped by USPS. Due to their size and weight, many of the items we sell, including most dollhouse kits, easels, looms, and furniture/storage pieces, are shipped via UPS or FedEx and, therefore, require a physical address.

International Orders Require Shipping Quote

Many of the products we sell can be shipped to international locations. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping costs, all international sales require a shipping quote. Please request a shipping quote prior to placing an order. If an international order is placed without requesting a shipping quote, we will reach out to the customer if the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than the estimated amount paid with the order. The customer will then have the option of paying the additional amount due, or cancelling the order.

This BEGINNER'S WEAVING LOOM is perfect for the young and the young-at-heart. An excellent weaving loom for the beginning weaver, it also performs well as a portable loom for more experienced weavers. This loom features rigid heddles which provide the weaver with an easy and reliable method of weaving. Both simple and complex techniques may be done with this loom. Made of hard maple, the BEGINNER'S WEAVING LOOM comes fully assembled with a pre-warped heddle. A basic project is started on the loom, ready for weaving. The instructions move through the rest of the project, then go step-by-step through planning and starting another project. Enough yarn is included so the weaver can get started as soon as the loom is out of its box. Weave projects up to 10" wide X 3 yards long. The assembled loom comes with one shuttle. The started project uses a 4" wide heddle for a narrow band of fabric. A 10" wide heddle is included.

Ivory warp yarn is optional and can be selected during checkout. This is 100% cotton warp yarn and has approximately 800 yards on each 1/2 lb tube. In Natural Ivory this yarn is the perfect choice for weaving. It is strong and able to withstand the constant friction of the weaving motion.
