Do I frame the portrait?

Unfortunately, no. There are two reasons for this: 1) Postal delivery. I can't guarantee that the framed glass will not break during transportation. Also, glass fragments can damage the drawing. The best option is to buy in a frame in a local store of your choice. 2)The frame for a portrait or painting should be matched to interior of the room. The right color scheme of the frame will perfectly complement your interior and make your home even more cozy!

What types of delivery are there? Is fast delivery possible?

You can choose one of two types of delivery: 1. Free shipping. I personally pay for the delivery of the parcel by the National postal service of Ukraine. Standart delivery times to the USA (14-21 days), Europe (10-21 days), Australia and Canada (3-4 weeks) 2. Fast shipping. Payment for delivery is made by the buyer. I use UPS for fast delivery. Delivery of parcel by this service costs $25. Estimated delivery time 7-10 days (to the USA and Europe) PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times may differ from the standart delivery time, the parcel may arrive to you faster or be delayed for several days. This is affected by factors such as customs delays, postal workload and weather conditions. I can't influence the delivery time, please understand this!

Standart sizes of portraits that can be ordered: A5 14.8x21cm. (5.8x8.3 inches) A4 21x30 cm. (8.3x11.7 inches) A3 30x42cm. (11.7x16.5 inches) A2 42x60cm. (16.5x23.4 inches) If you need other sizes, send me a message and I will tell you if I can draw your photo on different size of paper!

Return and exchange policy

There is NOT EXCHANGE, because this is a unique product that is made personally for each person. RETURN ARE POSSIBLE. If you have any problems with the product, please contact me. You can return the product if you are not satisfied with it. In this case, THE RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE BUYER. You have to confirm the shipment with a tracking number, after which I will refund the money. PLEASE NOTE! Before sending a portrait, I will definitelly send you a photo of it. If necessary, I will be happy to make adjustmets to the picture so that you are satisfied with the result!
