I absolutely love these tragus cuffs! The quality was way better than expected, so losing one isn’t a tragedy.. Hack: brush a tiny bit of clear nail polish on your ear before sliding on the cuff. I sleep and shower in mine and they stay put until I want them off!

it is cute but when it comes to the end of the DAY you will be lucky to still have IT! It does not stay where you put it! so as for throw away or your dont mind losing IT then ok but to me I could do better for the price on throw away
