Item quality is great! The Customer Service was amazing! They reached out to me asking the dogs measurements based on the measurements they suggested a different size which was in stock and they switched it for me. I greatly appreciated that. It is definitely a true adjust rain jacket, not a coat. There’s no thickness to it at all. I thought it was going to have some lining of some sort. The rain jacket will be great for rainy days, but not cold rainy days.
