A bit about reserving Items. I am more than happy to reserve an item for you. However, recently, I have had buyers request to reserve items, only to back out at the last moment. (This has happened with at least the last 10 people who have requested to reserve an item.) While I understand that things do come up and do happen and that money is tight, this is not fair to other buyers or to me. To save time as well as hassle, I have some new policies regarding reserves.

1. You must pay (through PayPal) 20% of the item's price. This 20% will be put towards the purchase. However, this 20% is non refundable. If you have questions about this please ask. If you do not wish to put down 20%, then I cannot reserve an item for you. No exceptions.
2. You MUST tell me when you plan to purchase the item you have reserved.
3. If you cannot purchase the item by the date you have selected, please let me know. 4. If you do not purchase the item by the date you have given me, I will contact you. If I do not hear back from you, I will open the listing up to other buyers.

If you purchase an item that has been reserved for another buyer, I will unfortunately have to cancel the transaction and refund your payment.

Lastly, on the subject of reserved items, I must please ask, if you really do not intend to purchase the item, please do not ask me to reserve it for you. My time, as well as your time, is precious.

Payment is expected immediately after purchase. If for some reason you cannot pay immediately I require that you convo me when you purchase and let me know when you will pay. If you do not do this, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

Returns & exchanges

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns. I do my best to describe the my pieces and take accurate pictures of them. Please convo me and ask about any item you have questions about or are concerned about.

Please note, I sell vintage items that can be fragile. If your item breaks while you are wearing or using it, I am not liable nor will I refund you your money. Please feel free to convo me about this if you have any question. If you get the wrong item shipped to you (highly unlikely) I will correct the error.

If your item is lost in the mail, I am happy to open a claim for you with the post office, as all of items ship with insurance.

Shipping policies

I have updated all orders to ship with insurance. There have been too many instances of items being lost or damaged, which has hurt me financially. With insurance, both parties are protected. I ship to the address provided by buyers through Etsy. If you would like me to send to a different address, please send me a convo or indicate the address in the notes to buyer section before checkout. Please realize, I tend to package and ship, generally within 24 hours of purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure I am shipping to the correct address. If for any reason, your item ships to the wrong address, I will do what I can to make sure it gets to the correct address. If your item is lost in the mail, I will do everything in my power to help hunt it down. (Go to the post office to inquire, make phone calls to try to hunt it down, etc.) If something goes wrong (the item arrives damaged or never arrives) I am happy to open a claim for you with the post office as all of my items now ship with insurance.

USPS considers a package lost in the mail after 30 days for domestic orders and 40 days for international orders.

I try to ship most items priority. Priority now covers tracking as well as $50 of insurance.

If you want to check on if your item will ship priority, do feel free to convo me and I will be happy to let you know!

If your package comes back to me, unfortunately, I will have to re-charge you to ship again. With my previous policy, I was covering shipment if a package came back to me and it was costing me quite a lot. I am sorry for any inconvenience and I thank you for your understanding.

The best I can offer you is combined shipping on multiple items purchased at once. If I am willing to accept offers on a particular item, it will say so in the listing.
