Where can i print my digital art ?

Recommended online print services: U.S. based printing service: finerworks.com / mpix.com Canada based printing service: posterjack.ca / pictorem.com / henrysphotocentre.com U.K. based printing service: theprintspace.co.uk 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. You can also print at local copy centers such as Walgreens, etc. Upload online or save your files to a USB drive to bring with you. While we highly recommend a professional printing service, if you choose to print using a home printer, please note color outcome and quality will vary. We are not qualified to offer home printer technical support.

Do you offer printing & framing ?

At this point no. We are based in Fez, Morocco so shipping would be too costly for most of our international customers. It's also much more environmentally sustainable to have items printed and framed locally.

What type of paper should i choose ?

A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget-friendly choice. Premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture will result in the most authentic vintage art reproductions.

Where can i get frames for my prints ?

For affordable, modern frames check out: • Ikea • Urban Outfitters • Target • H&M Home For custom printing and framing services Simply Framed offer both, visit them at simplyframed.com.

Can i get a custom size ?

We provide 𝐨𝐧𝐞 free resize per design from any printable art listing. If you require a different size than what is included, please message me first to see if the custom size can be accommodated. We receive several requests for resizing every day, so our turn-around time is currently 72 hours.

Do you allow commercial use?

At this time, all MenaArtPrints digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not use, share, distribute, alter, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any manner. Any unauthorized commercial use or editing is copyright infringement.

Opening Your Zip File

To open a zipped file on a Mac, double-click on the zip file and an unzipped file containing images and documents should appear. In rare cases where double-clicking the zipped file does not open the file, hold down the Control key and click on the zipped file. Click “Open with” and choose the “archive utility.” If this doesn’t work, try Unarchiver or Stuffit Expander (Mac). PC, also double-click the zip file. If you have Windows and double-clicking does not work, follow these Windows XP instructions: For Windows XP, drag the zip file to your desktop and right-on the file. Click “extract all” and choose where you want to save the file (destination). For Windows 2000 or earlier, you'll need a program like WinZip or Stuf

Help, I used Apple Pay and cannot find my download!

It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files. Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your artwork instead.

Help, the download link is not working for me!

If nothing happens when you click the link to download, there might be an issue with your web browser. You can try a few things. 1. Disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. 2. Clear your cookies and try again. If your computer says the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please message me for help. If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, clicking on the PDF link might not work. Please disable the firewall or reach out to me for the direct link!
