Highlights
Vintage “What Maisie Knew”, by Henry James.
Published for the first time in 1897, this is the Penguin Books version of 1966
“Shuttled between divorced parents who value her only as a means for provoking each other, Maisie grows up in a world of distasteful adult intrigue and betrayal. Yet her spirit remains unspoilt; and Henry James's great achievement in this beautifully balanced and pivotal novel is to project, through his young heroine, a light which she herself is too innocent to understand, but which lends subtle irony to the actions and motives of her corrupt adult companions”
It is 248 pages, the standard 11cm x18cm, and 20mm wide

I was a bit nervous for it to be a book I had already read, but it was such a great pick and from an author, I had never heard about before! Super happy about the purchase and it was packaged så beautifully.

Other than the pointed out faults in the condition of the book, I think it is very well kept, there are the tears in the cover but I haven't found anything else wrong yet, thank you so much I will absolutely buy again.
