How do I download my files?

After purchase, your digital files will be available in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Etsy will also send a download link to the email address connected to your order. Please note that Etsy digital downloads are easier to access from a computer or mobile browser, not from the Etsy app. For Etsy’s official step-by-step instructions, please visit: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 If you still have trouble finding your files, please message me and I will be happy to help.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because my products are digital downloads, Etsy’s digital item policy does not allow standard returns or exchanges once the files are available after purchase. That said, I truly want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, have trouble downloading the files, or feel that something is not right, please contact me. I will gladly look into the issue and do my best to find a kind and fair solution.
