Everyone has different needs and desires which is why we offer as many options as we can to best suit your situation. We don't want you to pay for what you don't need or want. You can even save some money by doing some of the work yourself. QUALITY: All our pipes are precision cut to length. Despite all our efforts to be exact, conduit pipe fluctuates in thickness and is beyond our control. These are not professional grade chimes but sound pretty close to it. Each chime is cleaned up and sharp corners are removed for your safety. Handle holes are not just randomly placed (like other sets) but are specifically located allowing for maximum free vibration for each note. We go a step beyond just writing the pipe numbers on the chimes with a sharpie - we add nice looking clear color labels. Handles are perfect for holding with the knot neatly hidden inside the chime.

Wow! So impressed with the speedy delivery with which my chimes were sent! I was hoping to get them by Christmas Eve and I was not disappointed. Exceptional quality product that our family will enjoy for years!! The songbook was fantastic as well with easy to read pages spirally bound including many songs from which to choose.

The pipes do not resonate what so ever and they still have the store barcode on them that hasn't even been sanded off, as well as the ends not being sanded where they are cut. There is only one hole in each pipe, so there is no what to string them together like in the first picture shown. I would not recommend this product as there is no one to return it once you realize this is not a musical instrument at all.

An in depth response was given to the buying. It seems somehow they got very confused on how to use our chimes and what they are intended for. The pipes really do resonate when played correctly. Sticker bar codes are removed and there might be some slight leftover residue on 2 of the 23 chimes. Pipe used will have printed markings from the manufacturer yet we take every effort to hide them on the back of the chime. We specifically purchase our pipe from vendors with the least invasive marking and the cleanest/nicest looking pipe. All edges are deburred as much as possible. There is a through hole in each pipe (one on each side of the pipe). This is where the holding string is installed. Chimes are not to be strung together. Lastly, we ask our buyers and list on our return policy that you purchase carefully and seriously.
