We do our best to package each mineral specimen with the utmost care that will prevent damage. Some softer stones might have some dust that comes loose during shipping, but it should not affect the aesthetic quality of the stone. Please let us know as soon as you can if something has been damaged in transit! We can provide refunds only for items that were damaged in transit.

You need to be gentle with rocks! Love them, admire them, consider telling them you love them every now and then. You can choose to cleanse old energy out of your mineral specimens if you like. You could smoke cleanse them, use selenite to clear them, or you can really just concentrate and blow the negative energy off them with your mouth, or tap them and say "cleanse" or "clear." But here's the truth -- stones rarely hold grudges. They can't hurt you, only help you. Still, it's nice, when forming a relationship with a stone, to cleanse it and give it your own intentions. On a less metaphysical note, don't put them in water. Keep them out of the sun. Make sure you keep the handling of softer minerals to a minimum. Try not to drop them!
