Are your metal signs weatherproof?

➜ Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades! However, if a metal sign is ordered in our Silver finish, it can rust if left in the elements for extended periods of time.

What if an item arrives damaged?

➜ Contact our support team at support@lilianaandliam.com for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. ➜ When reaching out, please include a photo of the item.

I made a mistake on my personalized order. Can I change it?

➜ We do ask you to take particular care when entering your details however we understand sometimes mistakes happen. If you have made an error please email us ASAP at support@lilianaandliam.com. We allow 24 hours after you place your order to change your personalization details. After this time we will do our best but cannot guarantee it as your item might be in production. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for mistakes in orders where details are entered incorrectly.

My tracking number is not updating, what should I do?

➜ Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the couriers' tracking system. From time to time, packages are not scanned. In some cases, packages arrive at their destination never having their tracking information updated. Please contact support@lilianaandliam.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.
