•Remove bracelet before showering. •Clean stones with a dry microfiber cloth to polish them. •Some crystals cannot be exposed to water. •Do not wear during working out or playing sports. •Avoid exposure to chemicals. •For energetic cleansing, place your bracelet in your window during a full moon, place on a selenite or copper charging plate, or use smoke smudge. •Do not stretch bracelet to put it on or off. Doing so will eventually cause the bracelet to snap. •Put your bracelet on by rolling it over your wrist. •Avoid pulling at your bracelet, as it will wear down the elastic.
