🐾 Once your order is placed, you'll send me a photo of the paw and/or nose print. To do this, please first send me a message - once a message is sent you'll then have the option to attach photos. DO NOT send a request help through Etsy as this does not attach your message to your order and slows down the process

🐾 I customize my colors so I can match any color you like! Send a photo of a favorite blanket, swatch, collar, or anything else you'd like me to match. I can do as many or little colors as you like
🐾 Metallic accent added automatically, if you don't want metallics please let me know ahead of time
🐾 I use Arches watercolor paper which is the highest quality paper on the market.

🐾 There are no refunds on orders once painted. Please look through my album on Facebook.com/tinawilliamsartstudio to see hundreds of samples of my work. Hand painted means there will be some variance. If you'd like an exact replica then please look for a digital artist.
🐾 Etsy provides a range on shipping estimate using the date I provide them as the *end* of their estimated shipping time. I do not know why they do this and can't control it, unfortunately. But please use the far end of the estimated time as your reference
🐾 You can't provide too much information for your order. The more you tell me, the better chance you'll be happier with your painting. I take time with each artwork and making sure all your requests are met so that you love your painting. The less you tell me the more I'll use my best judgement.
