Description

Custom Made lattice designed media cabinet/credenza with mirror backing and a dark walnut stain. Center doors left open for media but we can add backing if you prefer. Dimensions//finish//pattern can be customized to your specifications.

DEPOSIT
 FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

A [non-refundable] deposit of half of the total purchase price of your order is required prior to the start of the job. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job and before the piece can be released for shipping/delivery. ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL.



PAYPAL is our preferred form of payment. DIRECT CHECKOUT is available as well as cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.

Please make your payment within 48 hours of purchase. If you need more time for payment or to cancel a purchase for any reason, please message us so we can work something out. For local pickup and delivery purchases, other arrangements may be made on a case by case basis. Please inquire for details.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS & FURNITURE ARE FINAL. MVV does not accept returns or cancellations of any kind on custom order(s).

HARDWARE RETURNS
Hardware can be returned within 7 days of delivery date for a 20% restocking fee and must be in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom orders placed with MVV require the customer's stamp of approval to process, we want you to love your piece!. Once a custom order has started, unfortunately changes in the finish cannot be made without a "change order" fee. 



LEAD TIMES

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We take our work very seriously and strive to complete orders as quick as humanly possible. However, due to high demand, the nature of the materials, and factors out of our control (weather, shop limitations), turnaround times to complete a custom order may take up 8-12 weeks or longer dependent on the type of job.

We can provide an estimated date of completion upon purchase, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date as it varies. Orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis, and in the order they are received. 

We realize that some clients need pieces by a specific date.

DELIVERY
We can recommend a delivery service for customers in the Greater Los Angeles area. Prices are dependent on location or you are welcome to arrange your own service. Please make sure to inspect your order thoroughly prior to accepting the piece. In the event damage incurred during delivery, it is imperative that you contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues. Once an item is delivered or picked up, it’s yours for keeps and we cannot be held liable for any damage.

If delivery arrangements are not made within 14 days or items are stored [for longer than 14 days] upon completion of the piece, customer will be notified and a storage fee will be issued. This will accrue for the first 30 days. [Sorry guys, we can't hold your items indefinitely due to our limited space issue...although we would love to because we love all of our pieces!!]

Items left unclaimed for longer than 30 days are not our responsibility. The customer will be notified 2 times prior and if delivery/shipment is not arranged then all funds paid to this point will be forfeited and the item will be listed and resold.

SHIPPING FURNITURE

We exclusively offer white glove shipping across the continental U.S. and parts of Canada. Please note that we do not set the shipping prices and delivery time – they are provided to us by the shipping company and we cannot be held responsible for rates or delays from a 3rd party. We will simply provide the quotes and facilitate the pickup on your behalf. Payments are to be made directly to the shipper and is the sole responsibility of the customer to handle.

We are not responsible for damage once pieces have left our possession. Please be sure to inspect the piece upon delivery and before signing any delivery documents. Notify the shipper on site if any damage has incurred and they will send someone out to inspect. All shipments are carefully blanket wrapped, fully insured and delivered inside of your home. Crating available upon request.

Please do not feel obligated to use any of our recommended services, if you have a company you would like to use, we would be happy to work with whomever you select.

Due to the different characteristics of wood and other materials, colors may vary. Images displayed through a computer monitor may make the color slightly vary, as well. We suggest visiting our office to view our paint color samples or ordering a sample from the manufacturer.
