Refund Policy:

Buyer pays return shipping. We accept returns on unused shoes within 7 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of this product, there will be a 6.5% restocking fee of sale applied on all returns.

Other sizes available through special order. Processing time of 6-8 weeks with shipping.  Due to the specialty aspect of custom shoes, there is a no refund policy.
