Delivery Policy

- Items ready to ship, we expect to ship within 3/5 working days of order.
- Items made to order can take up to 3/6 weeks to ship, please check the specific dates in each listing.
- If we found any issue or unusual situation, we will contact you by etsy messages or email, so please enter a valid email address in your Etsy account.
- When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
- We ship from Portugal by national postal service, Correios de Portugal (CTT) by Express mail or Priority mail depending the options to your country and the weight of the package.
- The delivery is made by your national postal service to your ETSY ADDRESS provided. Because of seller protection rules we will only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order, or the Etsy order address does not match the Paypal delivery address, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and start again.
- Separate items ordered may be combined into a single parcel or split up.
- All orders are shipped with tracking number.
- Orders over 2kg can be delivered by hand and a signature will be collected.
- Damage needs to be reported within 2 days of delivery. To speed up the process send us photos by message and keep the original package.
- Its up to the buyer to have a “safe” location for parcels to be sent to. We aren’t responsible for package theft.
CTT Portuguese Mail's expected postal delivery times:
PT: 1-2 working days from dispatch
Spain: 2-10 working days from dispatch
EU: 5-10 working days from dispatch
Non EU: 8-15 working days from dispatch
United States: 12-30 working days from dispatch
Canada: 12-30 working days from dispatch
Rest of World: 15-35 working days from dispatch
Russian: No delivery
- CTT Mail's for international delivery are estimated, not guaranteed, please allow an additional 2 weeks before worrying, and note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.
- International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 90 working days (60 working days in UE) after the CTT Mail expected delivery date.
- Parcels to the US are usually delivered in 8-15 days, however a few may take longer.
- International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
- Postal delivery times exclude customs processing which the customer may need to arrange.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 6 weeks from order date for delivery to PT addresses
- 15 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside PT
Refund Policy

- We're a small family business that takes pride in our creations and want our customers to enjoy them as much as we do. We're always ready to talk reasonably to reasonable people, but to satisfy the law and to protect ourselves from unreasonable people we have to state a few terms and conditions (policies).
- We use high quality yarns and fabrics and we expect our products to long last in normal reasonable use as a leisure and with proper care. We expect the stuffings of the poufs and bean bags lose firmness with time, depending on use.
- If you have any questions on care or any problems with your items then please contact us for advice as soon as possible, by email or via Etsy messaging.
Right to Cancel:
- The customer may cancel for any reason (except custom orders, personalized items and items on sale).

*Ship returns back to me within: 30 days of delivery
- Returned goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back in a resaleable condition ie. original packaging, clean, undamaged. Customers are free to open packaging and try on the products, we understand that you may not be able to refold items the same as dispatched. Items that have had swing tickets removed or have been washed will be considered as worn and damaged by the customer.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.
- Cancelling orders, immediately after purchase and not shipped yet are allowed within 2 days of purchase. After that we don’t allow cancellations.
- Exchanges are not accepted for EU and international orders, only on domestic orders we can accept exchanges.
- Please inform us of your intention to cancel and return the goods in writing. You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired (14 days of delivery), by email or via Etsy Conversations. We would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential.
- You are advised to retain proof of sending cancellation.
- Goods supplied as specials to customer specification ( custom items, personalized items and items on sale) cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted, and cannot be returned for refund if unwanted or incorrect size ordered.
- For cancellations we will refund the item value, within 14 days of cancellation of us receiving returned goods and after inspecting the merchandise.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- The customer is chargeable, up to original item value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.
- Packages that are returned due to any "non-delivery" reason are not refundable or exchangeable and will be reshipped once the buyer purchases new postage. We are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses/ refused tax, duties and VAT/ abandoned package on post office.
- It is the customer's responsibility the payment for the re-shipment of your order.
- Refused delivery packages up to 2 kgs involves an extra custom fees that are deducted from your payment, if there is a refund.
- Multibuy offers and items on sale with discounts are final so cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
- For international returns from outside the EU please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form including our VAT number "PT203378784" and include a copy of our invoice crossed through with "RETURNED GOODS". We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.
The Right to Cancel does not apply to business purchasers.

Faulty Goods (SOGA):
- Faulty Goods may be replaced, repaired, fully or partially refunded. The legal requirements are quite complex, but we're proud of our products and prefer a happy customer, so we will do what we can to rectify problems in a reasonable manner.
- Please contact us by before making any faulty goods returns, we will agree a suitable course of action which may include return of goods at our cost or alternative action that does not require return of goods. We will not refund carriage costs for unauthorised returns.
- Our items are supplied as suitable for light duty leisure use with the proper care.
We exclude responsibility for any damage caused by wear and tear, excessive stretching, cutting, abrasion, incorrect care, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, chemicals, staining, unauthorised repair, heavy wear, rough handling or other inappropriate actions.
Additional Information

- We can do commissions on different colours and item types from those listed, and can modify or make other measure - just send us a message. There may be an additional charge for such specials.
- Please enquire for trade and wholesale. Different terms and conditions, pricing and policies would apply for trade sales. We can offer customised products to trade as well as stock items, please ask.
- Personal Information: Etsy.com retains some customer and order information. We keep our own records of customers, addresses and sales as required for EU tax and accounting purposes. We do not supply this information to other parties other than as necessary to our accountant and the tax man.
- We operate from the Portugal with all sales subject to Portuguese law, with disputes subject to resolution in Portuguese courts. Dispute resolution is also available through Paypal, Etsy or card providers (depending on payment method used).
- These policies do not affect the customer's legal rights.
- We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
- Etsy listing pages are an "invitation to treat", not an "offer" by Looping Home. Customer Order and Payment is an "offer" and Contract will not be formed until Order Acceptance by Looping Home or dispatch of the goods (whichever is sooner). We reserve the right to decline an order.
- Purchase of goods is subject to availability.
