Custom and personalized orders

When ordering a personalized item, I do not send proofs without request. If you would like one, please let us know. Proofs may extend processing time due to the back-and-forth communication required.

Please always reach out to us for any issues. Of course, I try to avoid all possible bumps before they happen, but we are human. I am always try to come to an agreed-upon resolution promptly. If any changes need to be made to an order (address or cancellation, for example), customers should request changes within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the changes will be able to be made. All items are made to order. Once production has started, we cannot cancel your item.

The T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex, and you should review the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, you can access the information from the chart in the listing. If you prefer a snug fit, we suggest going down a size, and we always suggest ordering up a size if you want it to be extra oversized. Unfortunately, I do not accept exchanges or returns for sizing issues as each item is made to order.

Adding additional items

To add more than one item to your shopping cart, add the first item you need, and go back to the listing to finish adding more items. Our listings are for one item only, so if you want to purchase two, please add to the cart twice.

Custom and personalized orders

Processing time is 8-10 days, while shipping time in the USA is 2-6 business days. Etsy offers an ESTIMATED ship-by-date for your items at the time of purchase. These are estimates and not guaranteed. We always try our best to be within these time frames or earlier. We cannot cancel an item once production has started for any reason. Once an item has been handed to the postal carrier, we do not have control over the delivery date. Please get in touch with the postal carrier before contacting our shop. They will have the most information for you as we do not have any more information than what is shown on the tracking website. Etsy nor our shop is held responsible for carrier issues.
