*When my order will be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

*Will the receipt/packing slip (shown price) be included in my box?

No! All of our packages are ready to gift, which means we do not include any packing slips, invoices except you ask to do so.

*Can I place a multiple order in single transaction?

We recommend placing separate orders if the each box goes to the different addresses. For more than 10 boxes, please kindly contact us, so we can share our custom order sheet.

*May I change the address after checked out?

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible once you decided to change the address. If your packages has already been shipped, or the label has been purchased - we cannot change the address.

*My package hasn't been arrived?

Please allow sometime for carriers to deliver the package. Most packages are delivered within 1 week if it hasn't been delayed due to carrier. Sometimes the carriers marks the packages as delivered prior they actually deliver them. (Yes, they do!) If it has been reasonable amount of time that the package marked as delivered and it still hasn't been there, please reach out to the recipient to check the surroundings, neighbors or anybody within the household that could retrieve the package.

I've sent the package to the wrong address, what now?

If the package has been misdelivered, USPS will be able to locate the package with GPS tracking. If the address given at checkout was not correct - and the package returned back to us, you have options to reship it with a fee or having a refund for the items excluding shipping costs. Please reach out if that is the case.
