📍 Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please make sure your address includes all necessary information, including:

• Any other information required for USPS to correctly deliver your package
We ship orders exactly as the shipping address is entered by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect location due to missing or incomplete address information provided by the customer. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or reshipments for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, a refund will not be issued. Please carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot correct or update the delivery address.
Shipping Claims: If your package is lost, damaged, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must file a claim or inquiry directly with the carrier. We do not file claims or issue refunds for shipping-related issues. Shipping delays and carrier-related delivery issues do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, replacements, or reshipments.
Damage Claims: Damage claims must include clear photo evidence of both the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without photo proof will not be reviewed.

🎨 Personalization & Custom Orders
• All decals are sold as is unless otherwise stated in the listing. Changing the wording, font, layout, graphics, design elements, or other features of an existing decal is considered a custom design and is not included with the listing.
• All custom decals and special requests must be purchased through the Custom Order listing.
• Want something specific or have an idea of your own? Please message us before placing your order. Once your design details are finalized, we will direct you to the appropriate custom order listing. Your custom order will not enter our production queue until the correct listing has been purchased and the order is confirmed.
• Vinyl colors may vary slightly due to monitor displays, lighting, and screen settings.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, personalization details, and order selections are correct. Orders are created exactly as submitted. Please provide all required information, including font, color, style, monogram placement, and correct spelling, where applicable.
• If required personalization details are missing, a font or color may be selected at our discretion. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with selections made due to missing information. We do not contact customers to confirm missing or incorrect details.

🚫 No Replacements Policy
We do not offer replacements under any circumstances.
• If you damage your decal during or after application, you must purchase a new one
• If your decal arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping provider
• We do not resend or replace decals

💦 Car Wash & Pressure Washer Policy
We are not responsible for peeling, lifting, or damage resulting from:
• Automatic car washes, pressure washers, water hoses or high-pressure water jets
• Any third-party cleaning services
• Scrubbing, abrasive cleaning tools, or harsh chemicals used on or around the decal
• Failure to follow the provided application and care instructions
If your decal is damaged by a car wash or pressure washing service, you must contact that company directly to file a claim. You are fully responsible for how your vehicle is maintained after application. Proper surface preparation, application, and care are essential for optimal adhesion and longevity.

⚠️ Application & Surface Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
• Improper application or installation
• Dirt, dust, pollen, or debris on the surface before or after application.
• Applying decals to wet, textured, or porous surfaces
• Placement near windshield wipers
• Peeling, lifting, or damage due to user error
• We do not guarantee adhesion results on all surfaces.
Each order includes instructions — failure to follow them voids any eligibility for assistance.

🧾 All Sales Final
All items are made-to-order and prepared specifically for your purchase. Because of this, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, refunded, exchanged, or replaced. Cancellations will not be accepted if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the decal, order the wrong decal, size, color, or quantity, no longer need the item, or simply change your plans.
We do not accept:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations
• Order changes after purchase
• Replacements under any circumstances
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once submitted, your order is considered final. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Issues reported after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a replacement, refund, exchange, or other compensation. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

📮 Lost, Stolen, Returned or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
• Lost, missing, stolen, or delayed packages
• Moving through network or packages marked arriving late
All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including incorrect address, delivery failure, or refused delivery), the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. If you refuse delivery of your package, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances.

📌 Reshipping Requirements
• A new shipping label must be purchased to have the order resent
• The shipping address must be confirmed before reshipment
⏳ Timeframe: You will have 5 days from the date the package is marked as returned to contact us and arrange reshipping. If no response or payment is received within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of the item without refund.

💎 Respectful Communication Policy

Orders may be canceled if a customer engages in:
• Harassment
• Threats
• Disrespectful, rude or abusive language
If canceled due to policy violation:
• Up to 50% refund only
• Remaining balance retained as a Service Interruption Fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
