We are the busiest hand made hand painted shop on Etsy for children's room decor.We are always busy with orders and have never had less than 50 on even the slowest time. We are blessed but just us two and this product will be an heirloom. NOT made of particle heavy board. Wooden built by Lance, and all hand painted by Connie. and sealed for many many years of use.

We seal every piece of furniture with minimum 6 layers of POLY sealer. Made for hardwood floors. Please do NOT let your child stand in the toy chest. Please make sure that the child doesn't use the step stool as an outdoor item. Their shoes can have grease or rocks on them so please ask them no shoes and no outdoors. Toy Chest have a stay Put safety hinge The best you can buy. Plus I put a touch up kit in the toy chest box for touch ups. Hinges will show paint wear that is normal.

Unfortunately, i rarely take time to give a negative review. Not sure I would recommend this seller since our issues are consistent with those listed by the past reviews. Delivery time was 12+ weeks. I finally requested a refund and the item was shipped immediately. Does not appear to be a smooth business. Quality is average.

I printed the label,had shipped that morning already.I sent approval pictures,her response "It looks GREAT" Nothing is premade in wait.Nothing ships unless its done,It was done. My family IS important.I love Etsy and care deeply about my customers. We strive for quality/price.35 years of all custom hand made.She paid for one name and CUSTOM COLORS,Note said to put 3 names.I went above that. Heartbreaking to read her comments. As to smooth? We work 16 hrs everyday in a hot or cold shop "full time"to custom build,and paint each order,the size or shape the customer asks for.We LOVE this business,and the kind great customers we have. This stool looks so amazing! It is everything I could have wished for! I have purchased over 6 stools at this point and was able to see one of the very first ones recently and it still looked in perfect condition! It was being used by 2 boys not just one and it is 6 years old! Connie and Lance do their best to make their customers happy and they have wonderful customer service as well! Will be back for more as these are truly a work of art!
