Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

We do not offer refunds. We have insured all original art of its value up to $100. If an item is damaged during shipment, you can submit a claim to USPS online to have the insured amount sent to you by check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 insurance on your item, please notify us at the time of purchase. Please note that when you submit a claim to USPS, you MUST have photos of the damaged item and its packaging. You must bring the box/packaging to the post office if physical proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance may require that you take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. Please note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package being delivered.

What if my package is delayed, lost or stolen?

Art by Trieb is not liable for packages that are lost by the shipping carrier, delayed in transit or stolen. These are circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact USPS directly for questions regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last tracking scan point from USPS and file a theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your purchase. When sales occur, we do not go back and refund customers who paid pre-sale prices. Subscribers to our newsletter are always the first to know about new listings, shop-wide sales and also receive exclusive discount codes. Visit www.artbytrieb.com/signup to be in the know!

My item did not arrive in time, can I return it?

There are occasionally shipping delays across shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee a shipment will arrive by a particular date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. Once we hand over your item to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not arrive on time. No returns are accepted for shipping delays.

What if my item is returned to the seller after it has shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the seller for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

For the best viewing experience, please display your piece framed behind glass and away from direct sunlight. Too much light exposure can cause irreversible color fading over time. Your art will do best in an area with stable temperature and humidity. Please handle your artwork with care. Use clean, dry hands when preparing your artwork for framing. Stickers are water resistant, but we cannot guarantee they are water proof. For longest lasting results, items with applied stickers should be hand washed. We cannot guarantee dishwasher durability.

Please see each item listing for sizing details. Art prints are available in multiple sizes, it is the customer's responsibility to choose the desired size at the time of purchase.

Does my artwork come with a mat or frame?

All original artworks on paper are shipped mounted on white matboard. Art prints are high-quality borderless prints and are not mounted. Art prints are NOT digital downloads. Frames are not included with any artwork.

Is my item insured by the shipping carrier?

Our standard practice is to use UPS Ground or First Class Mail for all of our shipments. If you would like your item insured, please contact us directly to add on insurance or select Priority Mail at the time of purchase.

These are colorful monarch butterfly art prints with three designs to choose from. Select your favorite butterfly or collect the entire set to fill a gallery wall! The original piece was hand painted in gouache on watercolor paper. The bold colors captured by the gouache will be sure to brighten any space in your home, office or dorm. Hang it on your own wall or gift it to someone special who also appreciates the beauty of nature.

Gouache is an opaque watercolor medium that results in a painting with a vibrant, matte finish.

Art prints are created through a digital scan which is then carefully edited with love, printed per order and shipped from our location to yours. Prints are made with high-quality ink on fine art paper.

Prints are shipped with a sturdy cardboard backing in a waterproof sleeve. Mat and frame are not included.
