Letter impressions may vary in depth and spacing may not be exact. These small variations should not be viewed as imperfections, as they only make your piece more unique
In the event that a package is returned and is a non personalized item, a refund will be given for the product price only. Shipping is non refundable. This includes international packages that have been sent back due to a refusal to pay customs fees
