If you choose mirror acrylic, please note that it may appear slightly thicker than standard acrylic. This is intentional to ensure your topper does not appear dusty or not fully mirrored, while keeping it durable and long-lasting.
The extra thickness does not affect the elegance or design — it’s just part of what makes mirror acrylic both beautiful and sturdy.

🕒 PROCESSING TIME
Our processing times are updated in our shop announcement but typically run 1–5 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

If you’re in a time crunch and need your order processed and shipped within 1–2 days, please purchase our “Rush Production” listing and consider upgrading your USPS shipping method at checkout for faster delivery from USPS.

📦 SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES
Etsy utilizes calculated shipping. You can enter your ZIP code to see the lowest-cost USPS option—usually Ground Advantage (estimated delivery 5–7 days).
You can upgrade to a faster USPS shipping method during checkout.
📅 Important: If you order a holiday or time-sensitive item, you assume the risk of USPS delays due to high volume or weather. Orders shipped on time per Etsy’s estimate will not be refunded for late delivery. I’ll always do my best to help, but once an order ships, it’s out of my control.

📬 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please confirm it’s correct before ordering.
--If an address change is needed before shipment, message me and I’ll gladly update it.
--If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, new shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

🚚 USPS SHIPPING NOTE
All orders are shipped via USPS and are transferred to their care once mailed.
If your package is delayed, stuck, or missing, please contact your local post office with your tracking number first.

Ground Advantage usually takes 5-7+ days
Priority usually takes 1-5 days
Priority Express usually takes 1-2 days

💌 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
All of our items are custom-made and personalized, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items with names or custom sayings, unless we made an error.
If we make a mistake, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for canceled weddings/events or for misspellings provided to us.

If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll happily resolve it and send a replacement. After 7 days, replacements cannot be issued.

⚖️ RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason — including, but not limited to:
--Missing or incomplete personalization information
--Lack of communication or approval for mock-ups within 5 days
--Inappropriate or offensive custom text requests
--Inappropriate behavior/messages towards us.

If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified via Etsy message and refunded in full (unless otherwise discussed).

📌 RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns on items that are not customized with a name or custom saying.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item has been returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued.

Please make sure your Etsy notifications are turned on so you don’t miss our messages — we’ll send your proof for approval.
We strive to send mock-ups within 1–2 business days of your order.
Responding quickly helps us keep your order on schedule!
If we do not receive a response or missing personalization details within 5 days, your order may need to be canceled so we can keep production flowing smoothly.

🛠️ SUPPORT NOTE
For some larger or taller designs, we may add two smaller support stocks to the base of the topper. This is done to provide extra stability and prevent tipping.
