When you place your order Etsy shows an "ESTIIMATED delivery date" This does not mean you will receive your order on that exact date. - If your order has a 3-5 day processing time that means it will take 3 - 5 days BEFORE your order ships out. - Once I have processed your order, packaged it, and printed a shipping label. You will receive an email letting you know your item has shipped. - I immediately schedule a USPS pick up for the earliest time slot that is available with USPS. - ONCE an item is in the hands of USPS - I HAVE NO CONTROL!!! I CAN NOT CONTROL ANY DELAYS THAT OCCUR AFTER IT LEAVES MY OFFICE!

Why does it take 3-5 days to process orders?

This is not a full time job for me. I also homeschool all 5 of my children. Therefore, 3-5 business days is a general TAT time for most orders placed in my shop. - If you place an order after 5pm on a Friday. It will not be seen or processed until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

Are weekends counted as Business Days?

NO. I do not check messages, I do not log into Etsy at all on the weekends. Weekends are for me to have fun time with my kids. Business days for me are Monday - Friday (3 pm - 10 pm) This is the time frame I will login, check messages, process orders, and ship orders.

Why am I not receiving emails on shipping updates?

Etsy has an automated email system that sends out emails for when your order has been shipped. If you are not receiving these emails then you need to verify that the email address you have attached to your Etsy account is correct. You also need to verify that your email provider does not send the automated emails from Etsy to your spam folder.

Where is my Digital Download?

After you purchase a Digital Download, give your browser a few seconds. Then you will have a screen that you can download your purchase from. Etsy also sends automated emails for digital downloads with your download link in the email. - If you did not receive this email verify your email address is correct in your account, then check your spam folder. - OR - Log into your account. Click on your account circle icon. Down the list there will be an option for Purchases and Reviews. Click on Purchases and Reviews. The digital file you purchased will be on that page. Etsy does not support digital downloads on ALL smart devices.
