How can I download my item?

You can download your item in two ways: 1. Etsy will send you a download link via email. Simply click on the link to download your item. 2. Log in to your Etsy account, go to Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and click on Download Files.

How can I print my artwork?

You have a few options for printing your file: 1. Print it at home using your own printer. (I only recommend this if you have a good quality printer and paper. Otherwise there is a chance that the print will turn out pixelated) 2. Use an online printing service such as shutterfly.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com and finerworks.com. 3. Visit a local printing service such as Walgreens, FedEx, OfficeMax, or any other printing service near you.

What paper should I use for printing?

For best results, I recommend using matte thick paper or card stock, preferably around 170-200gsm.

What file should I use for printing?

The file you use for printing depends on the size you want. Please make sure you use the correct ratio for the size you want to print. You can find a list of sizes for each file ratio on the product description.

Can I cancel my order?

We don’t accept cancellations or refunds since this is a digital product. If you ordered by mistake, please don't download the files and reach out to us for a refund instead. Once you download the files, cancellation and refund won't be possible.
