1.One.Painting or prints?

All the items are handmade paintings on canvas and there are no art prints for sale in my shop.

2.Is this custom made?

If you cannot find a perfect size in the size list, please measure your space first and then send me a quotation. Due to different time zones between counties, we will reply within 12 hours at the latest.

3.Custom and personalized orders.

How similar it is between the original work displayed online and the re-created work. Because all of our paintings are handmade and often customized, your paintings may change slightly or subtly. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you ordered. It will be almost the same, but not exactly the same. What I can guarantee is the quality of the work we delivered. This will be a beautiful painting you expect.

4. Packing / installation.

In order to better protect paintings during international shipping, all paintings are rolled (frameless / non-stretched) and then transported with high-quality plastic / cardboard tubes to avoid damage, it is 100% safe and the paint returns to its original / flat state once you pull it on a wooden base.

5. Shipping / freight.

Global shipping, free of charge. Our ship is shipped by FedEx, DHL,UPS,TNT. Each painting is checked and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting reaches your perfect state.

6.The original works to sell?

The original work can be sold, the size and price of the original work are indicated, you are welcome to choose and buy the original work.

You will receive the oil painting in about 3 weeks, and the original oil painting can be mailed within 2 days.

8. If a work of art does not meet my expectations, can I return it?

Yes, please return it within 30 days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. Works of art should be returned in the original package, and the return fee, duty and surcharge shall be borne by you.

9. I don't have a PayPal account. What should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1). Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2). You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3). Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4). Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting: If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
