The workmanship on this coat is outstanding, a large heavily embroidered cape collar with large silk tassels as the front closing, pale pink silk thread floral design edged with cream silk cording covers the collar and is repeated on the long sleeves that end with a Greek Style Fret Border edged in silk fringe. The pink flowers appear alone throughout the body of the coat and at the hemline. REDUCED from $1200.00 for the Etsy Customer.

This is an original Worth coat done in the late 1890’s 0r 1900. There is no label, the coat was brought to me by the grand daughter of the owner who made a point of telling the girl all about the coat. A very wealthy lady who lived in Paris and regularly shopped at Couturier WORTH. I have shown the coat to several experts and we all agree it is definitely a Worth.
Clean and in mint condition with an intact original silk lining.
The model is too small for the coat but loved it and showed it off at the Vintage Expo.
