Welcome to our shop! ,

Attention first of all
This is a digitally printed, non-slip, water-resistant rug with a lightweight and foldable structure. It is not a thick or heavy traditional rug.

Our rugs are carefully folded and packed in transparent protective wrapping for safe and eco-friendly shipping. Once received, you may notice some folds — these typically flatten out naturally within a few hours of laying the rug flat.

We recommend reviewing all product photos and videos before purchasing to get a clear sense of texture, thickness, and finish.

We offer outdoor rugs that are perfect for your garden, veranda, or any outdoor area. Designed to endure heavy use, these rugs are not only stylish but also incredibly durable, providing excellent resistance to rain, sun, and other weather conditions.

🔶️For a smooth shipping process, it may be useful to add your phone number in the “Personalization” field or “Note to Buyer” section when ordering. This is especially important for shipping companies to reach you more easily. Of course, this is entirely up to you — but we would be very happy if you added it!

🌞 Weather-Resistant and Fade-Proof: Our rugs are crafted to retain their color and vibrancy even under direct sunlight. Whether it’s a sunny summer day or a rainy afternoon, these rugs enhance your garden or veranda with a timeless touch.

🌧️ Ready for Any Weather: Specifically made for outdoor living, these rugs are water-repellent and resistant to mold and mildew. This ensures your outdoor space remains welcoming even after a downpour.

🚶 Built for Heavy Traffic: These rugs aren’t just decorative; they are designed to withstand high foot traffic. Their sturdy construction makes them perfect for busy garden parties or veranda gatherings.

✨ Personalized Design Options: Add a unique touch to your outdoor decor! Customize our rugs with your favorite patterns, logos, or images to create a design that truly reflects your style.

🌈 Variety of Sizes and Styles: From small patios to large garden spaces, we offer a range of sizes and styles to fit your outdoor area. Choose from classic or modern designs to complement your aesthetic seamlessly.

📦 Fast and Secure Shipping: We deliver your orders quickly and safely via DHL EXPRESS, ensuring your rug arrives in excellent condition, ready to elevate your outdoor space.

🎁 A Thoughtful Gift: Our outdoor rugs make a fantastic gift for loved ones who value elegant outdoor decor. Ideal for special occasions like Mother’s Day, birthdays, or housewarmings.

— VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ —
We try to ship our products to as many countries as possible.
However, please be aware that not every country allows international parcels to enter without import duties—except the USA.

For countries like Canada (and others where some of our products ship from Turkey instead of the US), Etsy might not collect import taxes/VAT at checkout.
This may result in the courier collecting duties and processing fees upon delivery.
This is not a delivery fee and has nothing to do with us or the shipping carrier—it’s a government-imposed tax.

If taxes appear at checkout (e.g., for AU, NO, UK, EU, NZ, USA), then no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Some countries have customs thresholds (e.g., €150 for the EU, £135 for the UK).
Please check your country's rules.
In some regions, these fees can be quite high, so we recommend researching in advance.

We're always here to help and want you to be happy with your purchase.

— WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE OR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED —

1. Take photos of the package, including the shipping label and barcode.

2. Take detailed photos of the damaged product areas.

3. Contact UPS/DHL/FedEx local office on the day of delivery and request a damage report.
(The sooner you act, the better the chance of resolution.)

4. Share the photo evidence with us so we can also file a claim with the shipping company from our side.

5. If the courier delivered the item to you directly, ask them to note the damage in their system.

6. Do not use or discard the product until the claim process is complete. Keep it in the original condition.

🔄 Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges: Every product is made to order and undergoes careful quality checks during production and packaging. In the rare event of a defect, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or dislike.
