It is a nice mug, however does not really look like the picture of my dog, is a tiny mug (but that is my fault as I should have looked at the sizes in more detail), arrived well after Christmas even though I ordered when it said delivery before Christmas and the customer service was a bit abrupt. Saying all that, it is a really cute mug and makes me smile, so if you're considering one, I'd say buy one, but leave lots of time for delivery (more than what Etsy says)
