Orders that are scheduled to be shipped during the holidays may be shipped 1-4 days after estimated ship date.

Our locs are handmade and measurements are done using a tape measure and a vernier caliper for precision and accuracy;because they are handmade measurement accuracy is 85% correct.Before ordering kindly look at the sizing on a tape measure(used by tailors) to ascertain that is exactly what you want, as well as what you expect to receive.

Yes, you can. Message us because we are only doing certain colors for now.

2. How many dreadlocks can I order for a full head?

3. How do I install the locks?
Message me and I will send you a video on how to install them. They are actually very easy to install. It can be done by a friend or your hairstylist.
4. What if I want larger than 1 inch?
Just click the custom order button or message us.

5. How long does it take to complete an order?
It actually takes 10 to 26working days to complete an order .This estimate is based on the length, size, and how many orders we have at that time. Orders are treated on a first come, first serve basis. In case of rush orders, message us. Rush orders are charged differently.

A rush order refers to getting the order faster than the required processing time.
6. What if I want priority shipping?
You can pay for it and prices vary based on your destination.
We ship through DHL for priority orders, priority shipping ships out the same day and gets to you in 3 to 5 working days.
