Once your order is shipped, it is now in the postal services’ hands and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, wrong address delivery or post office delays. It is common to see your order as “running late” so please be patient as the post office is doing the best they can to deliver your package. If you have not received your item and your tracking information has noted it was delivered, please contact your local postmaster who can further assist you and email me so that I may help in any way that I can. If you would like, you may request insurance for an additional cost (please contact me beforehand).
