What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges that comply with our shop policies. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges requested within 14 days do not incur an exchange processing fee. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. Because each return requires inspection, processing, inventory management, and restocking, returned items are subject to a modest restocking fee as outlined in our shop policies. Our knit fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk to help maintain fit and color through repeated washing and wearing. Many customers tell us their children wear their favorite Only Little Once pieces again and again for years, and often pass them down to younger siblings. For best results: • Machine wash cold • Tumble dry low or hang dry • Avoid bleach Flower Girl Dresses, Portrait Dresses, Tulle Dresses, and specialty occasionwear may require more delicate care, including hand washing or professional cleaning. Specific care instructions are always included on the garment tag.

Most styles are ready to ship, though popular sizes and seasonal collections may occasionally sell out, especially before Halloween and Christmas. When a size is available from an upcoming production run, a projected backordered "ships by" date will appear in the size menu. This vintage style gown in classic white with red trim in short sleeve is everything you could hope for on Christmas. Most of our customers find they are able to get 2-3 years of wear out of our Clara's, and hold up extremely well over time. They run generously so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible!

Our Clara's are made using a buttery soft poly/spandex fabric that is extra cozy! Please note that our fabric is treated and laboratory tested by a CPSC certified laboratory to comply with CPSC requirements. Current documentation is visible in the last photo of this product listing. Each batch of fabric is separately tested and our certifications are on hand, as well as carrying the appropriate labeling, batch details, and date codes. This is offered for your child's safety and in order to comply with federal laws.
