The customer service was great. Response was very quick and clear. The parcel came very quickly and the end product was beautiful. The only things I would consider when buying is that they require a large amount of helium as they are big and they don’t go very high as the string wasn’t very long but in my opinion that’s not a problem at all. If you’re thinking about buying- do it! They’re amazing!
