2 Zip Folders (can be opened with the free program 7-Zip), which contain:

FOLDER 1:
• 1 PDF in the Classic size (17.78 cm x 23.495 cm - 7'' x 9.25''), ready to print on 7'' x 9.25'' pre-cut paper;
• 1 PDF for the Classic size (17.78 cm x 23.495 cm - 7'' x 9.25''), each page with crop line for easy cutting to size, to print out on A4 paper;
• 1 PDF for the Classic size (17.78 cm x 23.495 cm - 7'' x 9.25''), each page with crop line for easy cutting to size, to print out on US Letter paper;
• Printing instructions.

FOLDER 2:
• 1 PDF for the Mini size (11.43 cm x 17.78 cm - 4.5'' x 7''), 2 pages per sheet with crop lines for easy cutting to size, to print out on A4 paper;
• 1 PDF for the Mini size (11.43 cm x 17.78 cm - 4.5'' x 7''), 2 pages per sheet with crop lines for easy cutting to size, to print out on US Letter paper;
• Printing instructions.

All files are 300 DPI, with no watermarks or logos.

✨ PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR THE CLASSIC SIZE WITHOUT CROP LINES:
• Make sure that the Page Set Up in your printer is 7 X 9.25 (custom);
• Set your printer on 'Actual Size', or the Custom Scale to 100%;
• In your printer 'Property' tab, turn the option 'Borderless Printing' on. This option doesn't work with 'Plain Paper' as media (in the 'Paper/Quality' tab), so make sure you select a different type of paper from the menu (e.g. photo paper);
• For double-sided printing: In your printer settings, tick 'Print on both sides of page' and 'Flip on long edge';

FOR THE CLASSIC SIZE WITH CROP LINES:
• Make sure that the Page Set Up in your printer is A4 or US Letter (depending on which PDF you are printing out);
• Set your printer on 'Actual Size', or the Custom Scale to 100%;
• If you want to print the weekly spread only once, print out pages 1 and 2, single-sided. Both pages have a crop line, so that they can be easily cut to size;
• If you want to print the spread several times so as to have an insert which is made up of more weeks in a row, print page 1 single-sided, and then print pages 2 and 3 double-sided. Page 3 does not have a crop line, so that no marks or white spaces will be present on your page in case your printer does not perfectly align the two sides. For double-sided printing, tick 'Print on both sides of page' and 'Flip on long edge';

For the MINI SIZE:
• Make sure that the Page Set Up in your printer is A4 or US Letter (depending on which PDF you are printing out);
• Set your printer on 'Actual Size', or the Custom Scale to 100%;
• If you want to print the weekly spread only once, print out only page 1, single-sided. The page has crop lines for easy cutting to size;
• If you want to print the spread several times so as to have an insert which is made up of more weeks in a row:
• To start the spreads, print out pages 1 and 2, double-sided;
• To continue with the spreads, print out pages 3 and 4, double-sided, as many times as you need;
• To finish the spread sequence with the last page, print out page 5.
• Back pages (pages 2 and 4 of the pdf) don’t have crop lines, so that no marks will be present on your pages in case your printer does not perfectly align the two sides.
• For double-sided printing, tick 'Print on both sides of page' and 'Flip on SHORT edge'.
