The shipping was not great and very stressful with it being for my wedding. However, with a lot of calling to the shipping company we were able to get it in time but would have really enjoyed it better without the stress. But Sarah was communicative throughout it all and trying to keep my stress levels down. We did end up having to go pick it up in order to have it in time and the lady at the shipping facility made sure we would have it. Great quality and definitely a keep sake
