Perfect for cold and flu season, these medication charts make it easy to keep track of what medication you’re taking and when. These charts have fields for you to write down your name, the date and time, along with boxes to check off AM or PM, and fields for the medication’s name and when it should be taken again.

This digital download includes two styles of medicine tracking charts that can be printed on your home printer (letter size paper):

• The “Reminders” style provides you with a blank section at the bottom of the chart where you can jot down notes – such as reminders to call in a prescription to your pharmacy when it needs to be refilled or to pick up cough drops, etc. This style of chart has 13 slots for tracking your medication.

• The “Plain” style of chart doesn’t have a reminders section and it has 18 slots for keeping track of your medicine.

Both styles of chart have cells that measure just under .5” in height (1.27 cm) to give you ample room to write down your info.

Both of these styles are provided in 6 different color/pattern variations, so that if you have more than one family member who is taking medication, you can tell who’s chart is who’s at a quick glance. (These charts are also great for tracking the medication needs of your four legged friends as well.)

The six color/pattern variations that are included in this digital download are: Blue Stripes, Yellow Moroccan, Red Ogee, Gray Facets, Blue Dotted Circles, and Green Zig Zags, as seen in the listing’s fifth image.

Each chart is also provided as a high resolution (300 DPI) .JPG and as a .PDF file; this digital download contains a total of 12 .JPG files and 12 .PDF files.
