My order hasn't arrived yet!

Sadly, once I send out the letters/packages, what happens to them is out of my control :( They may be stuck in customs or just taking a while to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please feel free to message me and I'll try and settle it!

Do you offer tracking numbers?

Yes, now all international packages for keychains have tracking by default and the price has increased to match the new cost of shipping! Please note that after dispatch from Singapore, tracking info may be inaccurate once overseas, especially to the US. Please give the package around 2-4 weeks to reach you once it's been dispatched! Stickers are sent via letter mail and are not tracked.

Why don't you ship keychains to the US?

Starting from the 25th of August, Singpost requires all commercial packages shipped to the US to use Speedpost in accordance with the new customs regulations set by the US regarding duties and taxes. Effectively, they've increased shipping of any non-paper item, regardless of price, to at least $160 SGD! I'm currently looking up other courier services I can use, but for the time being keychains will not be shipped to the US until either I find a cheaper alternative or this gets rolled back. Thank you for understanding! For more info you can check the update on Singpost's website: https://www.singpost.com/send-receive/service-announcements/new-us-shipping-updates

Why don't you ship keychains to the EU?

Due to recent changes in the EU's customs and duties policy, not only has the shipping costs and duties paid by recipients increased, but there's now certain customs requirements that my usual shipping method does not fulfill. Singpost's current postal solution to guarantee delivery of non-paper items costs at least $80 for non duty-paid delivery, meaning the recipient pays for any extra fees and duties on top of that! I'm currently looking at alternative couriers I can use, but for the time being keychains will not be shipped to the EU until I can find a cheaper alternative or this gets rolled back. Thank you for your understanding!
