I, Emilia, am the artist & designer, and I work with professional U.S.-based production partners to bring my designs to life, including a print house and specialized weaving studio. All pieces are made to order based on your selections at checkout and shipped directly from the respective production facility to your address. Your piece is newly created at the time of purchase. ✦ We prioritize submitting your order for production promptly. For custom items, we will send you a proof of your design choice, with your personalized details, for review before it is submitted to be made. ✦ While shipping can often be expedited, the printing & weaving process follows a set production timeline established by our partners and cannot be accelerated.

✦ Since all items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for properly made items. All orders are produced based on the exact specifications provided at checkout. Once an item has been submitted for production, we are unable to stop the process, and cancellations or changes can no longer be made.
