All sales are final. Please order responsibly. Once your sign goes into production, it is yours. We do not accept returns because we ∗never∗ resell signs, and we do not stock inventory for sale, or resale. Time To Report an Issue

We can help fix any issues, but you need to contact us within TWO weeks of receiving your product. After two weeks, it is out of our hands!

Custom and personalized orders

The "Ship by" date may be moved at our discretion if there is no reply to the proof within 24 hrs. If no reply to the "changed shipping date" email It will be mailed without proof approval on the new shipping date as is, or refunded if we didn't have enough information to complete it.

Delivered Packages/Lost Packages

Packages tracked by USPS showing Delivered but are missing are the post office's responsibility but please let us know right away so we can look in to it! Call your local post office or intercept your carrier asap. If it's lost and NOT stated as delivered we can put in a claim with USPS to get a refund but will ship another right out to you.

i looked for a very long time for a coffee cozy, and i'm so happy with this one! not only does it combine both my favorite things - pink and all things spooky/horror/halloween - it fits perfectly on my reusable halloween horror nights cup as well. the quality is incredible, as is how vibrant the colors are and the thickness of the cozy itself; it's absolutely perfect. i will happily be buying again from this shop in the future, some of the best quality in a shop on here and shipping was so quick too even around the holiday season. :)
