International Shipping

At this time, I primarily ship within the United States. However, if you are an international buyer interested in an item from my shop, please feel free to contact me! I’m happy to obtain a shipping quote and consider shipping to your location. Please note that international shipping is not free and is not included in the shipping rates offered for U.S. destinations. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package size, and weight. Please contact me before purchasing so I can determine the shipping cost and make arrangements if shipping to your country is possible. Thank you for visiting The ID Connection and for your interest in my vintage and collectible treasures!

Can I reserve an item and purchase later?

Yes! I’m happy to place an item on reserve for you for **24 hours**. If the item is not purchased within that time, the reservation will expire, and the item will become available to other buyers. Unfortunately, I cannot extend the reservation or guarantee the item will remain available after the 24-hour period. Thank you for understanding!

Do you offer discounts?

At this time, I do not offer general discounts, as my prices are set with care. However, depending on the item, I may consider a discount on an individual basis. My current promotion is FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders within the United States! 📦 Please note that if I manually reduce the price of an item, NO additional discounts, offers, or promotions may be applied to that purchase. Any price adjustment is considered the final offer. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my small business, The ID Connection!

Do you consider trades?

Possibly! I’m open to considering trades on a case-by-case basis. The item offered must be something I’m genuinely interested in and of comparable value to the item you wish to purchase. If you have something in mind, feel free to send me a message with details and photos of the item you’d like to offer. I’m happy to take a look! Please understand that all trades are subject to my approval. Thank you for your interest in The ID Connection!

When will my order ship?

My current processing time is 3–5 business days, although I usually ship orders sooner whenever possible. If, for any reason, I’m unable to ship your order within that timeframe, I will contact you directly to keep you informed of any delays. Thank you for your patience and for shopping with The ID Connection! I truly appreciate your business.

I need my order in a hurry! Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If you need your order quickly, please contact me before purchasing so I can check available expedited shipping options and provide a shipping quote. Expedited shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are in addition to the standard shipping charges. Rates vary depending on the item's size, weight, destination, and delivery speed requested. If you have already placed your order, please message me as soon as possible. I can check whether expedited shipping is available and arrange payment for any additional shipping costs before your order ships. Please note that additional shipping charges must be paid in full before the order can be shipped using the upgraded service. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time but does not

Do you accept returns, exchanges, cancellations?

Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition details before purchasing. **EXCHANGES:** Exchanges are not generally accepted. **CANCELLATIONS:** Must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the order ships. **ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED:** If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please contact me promptly with photos so I can review the issue.
