PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Each item is made to order, and processing time is 2-5 business days (there may be exceptions during holidays). Shipping time is separate from the processing time and is approximately 2-5 business days.

A tracking number will be provided upon shipping. Delivery dates are estimates only and does not guarantee a delivery date. Oh My Stars Designs LLC cannot be held responsible for weather, carrier issues or other delays beyond our control.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or let air dry.
• Do not use Fabric Softeners or Bleach
• Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES TO ORDER:
Customers have two (2) hours from the time the order was placed to contact us to cancel or make any changes to their order.

We will only ship to the address provided on your order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within two (2) hours from the time the order was placed, and will we cancel your original order and request that you resubmit your order with the correct address.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All items are made to order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If there is a defect with your order, kindly notify us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement/refund.
