Wood is naturally anti-bacterial. It's true! Bacteria generally do not sustain life for long and does not duplicate on wood like it can on plastic. However, if you feel the need to wash the toy: • wash gently and quickly with soap and lukewarm water, avoid soaking; • let it dry completely; • refinished with any food-safe oil; • do not use any chemicals! It is impossible to get full water resistance with natural materials. Thus, we do not recommend using these toys when playing with the water. We recommend storing toys in a warm dry place in order to avoid deformation. Toys can have a slight natural blackout because they are made from natural wood.

Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count! We are not responsible for the delivery time, because the delivery is carried out by a third party. If your parcel does not have time to arrive for the holiday, we will not be able to refund you the cost of toys and delivery. For our part, we are doing our best to speed up the production of toys and reduce the time of shipment. If you did not like the toy, or if it did not arrive before the holiday, you can send it back to me (within 2 weeks after receipt of the parcel). I will refund you the cost of the toy. Unfortunately, I can not refund the shipping cost.

Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels. The kitchen tower exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s incredibly well-made with excellent attention to detail - very smooth wood and well-rounded edges so no toddler head bumps. It folds and unfolds so smoothly and we love how slim it is when putting it away. We received it 3 weeks after ordering which is pretty impressive considering it was made to order and shipped from Ukraine. Well worth the short wait! The shop owners were sweet and very easy to work with :) Thank you, Architoyz!
