Payment Plan
I accept payment plans that way you can purchase an item in a pace most comfortable to you.
The first down pay can be as low as $100. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan up to maximum 3 split payments starting with a $100 down pay. Different payment link will be sent to you accordingly starting from the first $100 link.
Please inform us your ring Size, Metal and how much would you like to pay for the first payment. I can hold your jewelry 150 days at most! For any reason the item is not paid in Full, I'll keep 20% original payment as the restocking fee, the rest will be refunded immediately.
The piece will be shipped within 7-10 business days once the last payment is paid.

Return and repairing warranty,
If you're not satisfied with any purchase, please contact me before returning, I will provide the return shipping address. The shipping fee and rush order cost will be cut from the original payment. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund will be processed by Etsy within 7 business days after the returned product is confirmed in original condition meaning it has to be returned intact.

But the following returns are not acceptable to us:
1.Ring size below 3US & over 9US
2.Full eternity ring
3.Custom order
4.Ring with engravings
5.Request exceeding the return period
6.Ready to ship items

For normal order without any custom request or engraving requests, we accept 30 days return and we offer 1 year free repairing service for any type of orders.

Shipping and delivering

1, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
2, Free shipping to the US and worldwide, the default shipping is USPS, express shipping options are available at the cost they apply. It normally takes 2-4 days for domestic shipping, but it may take about 2 weeks for international shipping, shipping time may vary a little bit depending on your location. DHL and FedEx express shipping are available at customers' own cost which takes 1 week for international shipping.
3, We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Engraving Available
I offer free engraving services with maximum characters including English letters and numbers, no special signs please. You may put your engraving requests in the personalization box.

Rush Orders
If you pay an additional $40, your item will be prioritized in a rush order, but kindly please contact and inform us your deadline to receive it as I need to check the individual procedure and see if it is possible.

We only accept custom order cancellation within 48 hours for free. Part of the payments will be deducted if the cancellation request exceeds 48 hours.
