As expected came on time
Love these peals for Bogg bag
very disappointed in the vendor’s response and ownership to remedy the handling of the excessive USPS shipping delay of my paid expedited shipment which arrived 3 weeks later. The effort to package and ship was great, but the vendor response “I’m sorry but if i still want I can pay for new items to be shipped while i file ETSY claim for reimbursement” didnt feel good and self serving detachment from “my now problem” was terrible, especially when you knew it was a time sensitive delivery. My solution was I found item on Amazon for half the price and next day prime delivery. i had no energy 3 weeks later to deal with vendor or Etsy for refund so i counted it as a loss and included items in donation to Florida Breast Cancer Foundation. Cant confirm quality., will not return as a customer and do not recommend.
